📅 Appointments & Booking
What do I need to make an appointment?
A valid credit card, debit card, or bank information is required to reserve your appointment.
Do you require a booking fee?
Yes. A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to schedule any appointment—no exceptions. This fee is applied to your final total. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Appointments are highly recommended. You can request one through our website or by calling us directly at 984-920-1238.
What if I don’t have a credit card—can I still book?
Yes, you may prepay in person using cash or another approved method. Contact us to arrange.
⏰ Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in the Client being charged up to one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled service fee, in consideration of lost time and the inability to accommodate another booking. Appointments involving multiple services, group reservations, or spa parties likewise require no less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance (“no-shows”) shall constitute forfeiture of any deposits paid and may be billed in full at the Spa’s discretion.
What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?
No-shows and same-day cancellations could result in loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
What if I arrive late?
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service in order to maintain the Spa’s schedule for subsequent appointments. The full service fee will remain applicable, regardless of the adjusted service duration.

Do you sell gift cards?
Gift Card Policy
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase online or in-store. All gift cards must be redeemed within one (1) year of the purchase date and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or gratuities. Tranquil Touch Spa assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Expired gift cards shall be deemed void and will not be honored.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Attire for Appointments
Clients are encouraged to wear comfortable attire. During services, you will be professionally draped at all times to ensure modesty and comfort. For sports massages or assisted stretch sessions, athletic or flexible clothing, such as shorts, is recommended.
How should I undress for a massage?
Massage Attire
Clients are advised to undress to their personal comfort level. Professional draping will be maintained throughout the entirety of the service to ensure privacy and comfort.
Do you service clients with health conditions or pregnancy?
Health Conditions & Pregnancy
We are pleased to accommodate clients with health conditions and those who are pregnant; however, it is essential that you disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to your appointment. For high-risk pregnancies, a physician’s clearance will be required before services can be rendered.
Do you have treatments for sensitive skin?
Sensitive Skin Treatments
We offer treatments specifically tailored for sensitive skin. All services use gentle, skin-safe products and are customized to your skin type and concerns. Clients are encouraged to inform their therapist of any sensitivities or conditions prior to the appointment. Patch testing may be recommended to ensure safety and optimal results.

Do you offer couples massages?
Couples’ Massages
Yes, we offer couples’ massages for a shared, relaxing experience. Services are performed one after the other by our therapist, while both clients are welcome to enjoy the spa together before, during, or after their sessions.
Do you offer services for kids or teens?
Services for Teens
Yes, we offer select services for teens; however, all clients aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that massage services are not available for minors.
Do you offer spa parties or group events?
Yes! We offer tailored packages for groups and parties. Contact us directly to make arrangements.

Can I bring my child or a guest to my appointment?
Guests and Children Policy
For safety and to maintain a tranquil environment, children aged 12 and under are not permitted in the spa. Clients may bring one guest, who must remain in the designated waiting area and is not permitted in the treatment room during services.
